Ally is an absolute gem! I hired her care for our 3 month old while I'm on maternity leave, and she's amazing. She treats our daughter like her own without needing direction, and our daughter LOVES her! She lights up when she sees Ally. During their time together they focus on development and playing, and we've seen great progress during her time with us. I couldn't recommend her more--if you're on the fence, hire her. You won't regret it.
