I can not say enough good things about Ashley. She has worked for us for over 2.5 years and honestly I’m heartbroken that it’s time for our kids to go to school and we don’t need a full time nanny. Ashley is reliable, professional, organized, punctual, hard-working, loyal, kind, compassionate, gentle, loving, patient, creative - basically the unicorn of the nanny world. She checks all the boxes. Ashley can take direction on how you prefer to handle things or she can lead and help guide you through unfamiliar milestones. When we came across issues with our kids, such as the dreaded nap refusal, Ashley used her personal time to research and help come up with solutions to the issues. Ashley is very experienced with baby led weaning and plans/prepares appropriate meals and snacks. She has been great with our kids during all stages from newborn to three-nager. She goes above and beyond with activities for the kids, she’s even been teaching my 3 year old how to write his letters and write his name. I trust Ashley with my kids more than anyone else. I know with her they are safe, loved, and well taken care of. My kids absolutely adore her. My 3 year old always tells me he misses her when she’s not here and my 1 year old always gets the biggest smile and hugs her when she walks in the door. I can truly say that Ashley is a part of our family now and forever, and whoever gets her next as their nanny will be very lucky.
