Ashley has provided phenomenal full time care for our baby and part time care for our toddler. I recently lost my job and cannot continue to benefit from Ashley’s services. I would absolutely keep her if I could. She is reliable, is great with our kids, is professional, is a hard worker even while the kids nap, is flexible and is understanding. If there is one thing Ashley could do differently, it would be to occasionally ask us for help:)
