I graduated from MU in May of 2009 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and was formerly a Pediatric Physical therapist! I have over 15+ years of experience working as a nanny! I have kept in touch with all of the families I've nannied for in the past and can provide a resume & excellent references! I am looking for a reliable family with similar parenting values! I am currently the sole provider for our family and consider nannying my professional income. The right family must be willing to have my sweet 8 yo son come along as we are homeschooling! Our approach to HS is flexible and integrated into everyday life! Overall, I consider myself an extremely reliable, genuine, kind, patient, trustworthy and light-hearted nanny! Ashley was an absolute gem of a nanny. Any family would be so lucky to have her around. She watched our little one from 6 months to 2.5 years old. She was so mindful of any "firsts" that I might want to share with our first baby (e.g. first time in a swing, first time to the zoo, etc) and was super helpful with helping us through new and challenging stages. Given that she is a mom herself (her sweet son comes with to hang and play!), she could totally relate, listen and offer insights into what was going on with our toddler and what to expect next! Ha ha. She is exceptional at reading what a child needs at the time (when they are tired, when they are hungry, when they are overstimulated!) Ashley is trustworthy, patient, calm and dependable. She is an outstanding communicator, sending me a daily breakdown of what our child ate, when they slept and diaper changes! She found so many age appropriate adventures to go on and was so engaged with our child. She's really awesome find!
