About Ashley

I'm a nurturing person at heart with over 7 years of hands-on childcare experience. I've cared for children from newborn through 13 years old in both nanny and family assistant roles, including children with special needs. I began caregiving by helping raise my siblings, which naturally led me into nannying. Since then, I've cared for three girls, nannied for a little boy from ages 2-5, and most recently cared for two sisters beginning when one was 15 months old and the other was a newborn. I create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children feel encouraged to learn, explore, and be themselves. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, children's laundry, organization, errands, and light housekeeping. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and proactive, and I look forward to building a long-term, trusting relationship with my next family.
