Hello! My name is Ashley, I am 24 years old. I studied biomedical engineering and psychology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I have several years of experience in childcare including babysitting, nannying, and working as both an afterschool counselor and a summer camp counselor at Brown School. I am comfortable with children of all ages as well as caring for multiple siblings. I am happy to assist with homework as I have experience tutoring. I took a gap year to work as a professional ski instructor in Vail before returning to my studies at RPI. This was an extremely rewarding experience for me as I primarily taught children ages 3-6 years old as well as working with the adaptive ski program. I am staying in Avon this summer and looking for babysitting/nannying positions in the area that will be a good match. Ashley cared for my 2.5 year and 13 month old sons. She was always on time, did an amazing job communicating with our family and was very accommodating if we needed to make changes to the schedule. Both my boys took to her and she was a natural with them. She did a wonderful job initiating tasks around the house and with the boys without being asked.
