About Ashley Erica

I have many years of experience caring for children, including twin boys from newborn through their teenage years, as well as helping raise my niece, who is now 26. I am also doula-trained and have experience teaching high school students in food safety and culinary arts. I'm calm, organized, caring, and dependable. I enjoy creating a safe and supportive environment for children while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independence. Working with kids also reminds me to see life through a more curious and joyful perspective.
