About Ashley

I enjoy splitting my time between multiple families. My desire is to work long term with professional families who value respect and where the relationship is reciprocal. My ideal recurring position includes PTO/Sick time/Federal Holiday pay/ Guaranteed hours. For babysitting clients my requirement is that I am still paid for cancellations if given less than a week notice. I'm currently six credit hours away from obtaining an Integrative Studies degree with a concentration in Psychology, Criminal Justice and Women and Gender Studies. I believe it is important to allow children to express themselves freely so that there is a foundation of trust. Then, they know I am understanding care deeply for them. I would describe myself as patient, calm, intuitive, kind, loving, nurturing, playful, active, creative, understanding, empathetic & always ready to lend a helping hand. I am CPR/AED and certified. I've also taken a higher level Infant and Toddler Development course . Have a blessed day!
