About Ashley

Hi families! My name is Ashley, and I have over 15 years of experience in education and childcare, along with receiving my CDA. I'm currently a substitute teacher and supporting children has always been at the center of who I am. I'm also a mom to a teenager myself, which gives me both personal and professional understanding of how important trust, communication, patience, and consistency are when choosing someone to care for your children. My background has strengthened my ability to build meaningful connections with children while bringing structure, organization, reliability, and a calm, supportive presence into the home. I'm naturally nurturing, emotionally intuitive, highly adaptable, and passionate about creating an environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and able to thrive emotionally and academically.
