I was not impressed with how Ashley handled the initial meeting to review her references and for her to do a house walkthrough. Among other appointments with other Caregivers, Ashley and I agreed on a time to meet, see her references and discuss the house cleaning costs. Not only she did not show up, I was no longer able to communicate with her through the care messaging! This is absolutely unprofessional and shows me that she's not reliable or accountable, which allowed me to make the right decision and not hire her or not trust her to enter my house.
