Hello! My name is Ashley and I am a 23-year-old graduate with a degree in Psychology. I have experience working with children being a substitute teacher primarily for ages 4-9 and occasionally, 10-12-year-olds. This role has equipped me with skills to manage groups of children effectively while ensuring a fun & educational environment. I am also currently still a long term substitute caring for 32 kids (18:15)! I enjoy planning crafts & easy clean-up activities to keep things interesting & engaging for the children. Being the oldest of 3 siblings, with the youngest being 6, I have extensive personal babysitting experience & it is something I truly enjoy! Looking ahead, I plan to get my master's in Social Work as I am passionate about changing the foster care system for children so that they are safer! I am patient, easy to communicate with, & very flexible. I look forward to the opportunity to provide a safe, fun, & nurturing environment for your children!
