About Ashley

I received my B. A in Psychology and minor in Sociology. Throughout my educational career, I became passionate about child development and mental health advocacy. My overall goals are to become an ultrasound tech. At UC Davis, I learned about the importance of creating secure attachment in babies and children, providing calm and compassionate feedback throughout moments when children are overstimulated or overwhelmed in any way, and reminding them that you care about them by showing patience as they learn a new task or become a bit fussy. I genuinely care about the overall well-being of children and care about the environment in which they are being brought up in. In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, practicing yoga, hiking, journaling, and hanging out with my dog (who is practically like my child haha). **willing to do background check upon request**
