I cannot recommend Ashley enough. We have had issues with nannies in the past either letting the kids zone out to tablets the entire time or just not showing up. I have two kids, one with sensory and emotional regulation issues and the other, a run-of-the-mill crazy toddler. Ashley came into our life and immediately fit. She was caring with both of my kids, helping them navigate through emotional meltdowns and difficulties that arise in kid play and life. She brought her own daughter with her (at the time, she was 1) and was amazing with integrating her own daughter into life with my two kids. The three of them were truly treated equally and became part-time siblings. Ashley was always very punctual and would text me if she was going to be even 5 minutes late. I really appreciated the amount of communication that Ashley kept with my husband and I. We never had to wonder what the kids were doing or how our schedule might change. Ashley is the epitome of kindness!!
