About Ashley

I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome, plus 5 years of experience with cerebral palsy, seizures, Williams syndrome, and BPD. I am trauma coach certified and experienced in personal care, mobility assistance, Hoyer lift transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and daily living support. I believe in providing individualized, respectful, trauma-informed care that promotes dignity, independence, emotional well-being, and quality of life. I value patience, consistency, positive redirection, and building trusting relationships with individuals and their families. I am seeking a long-term caregiving opportunity, preferably a live-in position, but I am also interested in full-time hours. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care while helping each person feel safe, supported, and valued.
