I can't speak to the quality of her work, because she never came. She seemed really nice on the phone and I was excited to meet her and have some help with our house cleaning need. Ghosted me twice. The first time was after we'd rescheduled. She applied to my job post after I hadn't heard from her in a few weeks and decided to start searching again. She stated she'd lost all of her phone contacts and message history. I gave her another chance, and she unexpectedly stopped communicating again.
