Ashley was our nanny for 4 years. She started with us when our first born was 3 months old. We had a second child a little over a year later, and we would not have been able to manage 2 kids under 2 nearly as well if we didn’t have her. She really helped us become better parents. Ashley went above and beyond the expectations of a nanny to make sure our kids were well cared for. She understands developmentally appropriate milestones and would often engage our kids in activities and crafts to help them develop. Ashley would still be working for us if my spouse and I hadn’t transitioned to working less. While we are home with our kids now, our children miss Miss. Ashely and often ask to call her. She is our first go-to when the need for child care or baby sitting comes up!
