I grew up always having a caring nature and it carried on to my adult life. When I was a teenager I loved animals as well and volunteered on multiple occasions as a pet/animal sitter for neighbors and friends who went out of town. Amid my love for animals I had a baby brother at the time and my favorite thing to do was spend time with him playing outside, doing arts and crafts. Soon after I found out about a place in my town which housed down syndrome adults and I applied to work there as a weekend resident assistant, I stayed at that job for three years until I moved out of Austin to San Antonio. I spent 10 years taking care of my WWII vet grandpa, who's 99 years old now. My experience includes, driving, appointment keeping, medication, housekeeping, bathing, companionship, occasional cooking, grocery shopping and pet care. I have a 6yr old daughter and a 4yr old son. It would be ideal to find jobs where I can bring my kids, they are well behaved.
