Hi, I'm Ashlee! I'm 23 and genuinely love working with children and watching them learn and grow. I've been babysitting most of my life and currently nanny for an infant and toddler. I have 3 years of experience as a Lead Teacher for younger 1 to 2-year-olds and hold Wisconsin Registry credentials in Infant, Toddler, and Lead Teacher. I'm CPR and First Aid certified! I love planning age-appropriate activities, reading, and creating calm, structured routines with minimal screen time. I have experience with infants, toddlers, and children with special needs. I value clear communication with parents and following your preferences. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and meal prep, have my own reliable car, and am comfortable with pets. I work until 5 most days, but I'd love to help watch your little one! I'm flexible after 5 Monday-Friday and available for weekend babysitting too. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for your child!
