About Ashlee

My passion for fostering children's development led me to become a childcare provider three years ago. As a patient, creative, and approachable individual, I strive to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to learn and grow. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. My experience in enforcing household rules ensures a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, educational games, and technology-based activities. I've worked in two different Elementary Schools as a tutor. I am also fluent in Spanish.
