Ashlee was willing to take on any task to help the climate and culture of our home. She became a nanny with us in the fall of 2014 and met that responsibility head-on and took home to a new level. What impresses me the most about her is her ability to teach skills to children from immediately after maternity-leave ends, up to school-age children.
