About Ashlee

I enjoy working with kids because they are exciting and love to have fun. I am a special Education teacher by trade. So seeing young minds grow and become independent is a great experience. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old at a daycare center. It was my second Job and I stayed there for 4 years then I went off to college to become a teacher. I knew around 13 years old that I wanted to grow up and help children who people mislabeled as bad. I hate that word & description of children. In my spare time, I like to craft, spend time outside (when the weather is nice) spend time with my family, and relax at home. One thing you should know about me is that this isn't just a job for me. It's a gift I was born with to be able to cultivate young minds, and create space where everyone can grow and feel loved while growing. I have cultivated this in my classroom and if I'm invited to your home to help your children grow that is what I will do for them also.
