My name is Ashlee. I am seeking a full time, live-out nanny position with a family and part time (including overnight) babysitting jobs in the Henderson or Las Vegas areas. I have nannied professionally for the over 15 years. I have worked with, cared for, baby sat, and taught children for the majority of my life. Most of my nanny experience is in caring for newborns and children under 5, and I am comfortable with children of all ages. I also have experience and compassion for children with special needs. And, I house sit and pet sit for many families in the area. As someone who was born and raised in Henderson, I am extremely familiar with the valley and have close ties to the community. We had such a wonderful experience with Ashlee! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, reliable, and attentive. She did an outstanding job caring for our two young daughters and made us feel completely comfortable knowing they were in such good hands.

She was especially wonderful with our 2-year-old, keeping her happily engaged with singing, playing, and age-appropriate activities while also giving our youngest daughter the care and attention she needed. She was patient, loving, and attentive to both girls’ needs.

Ashlee was great to work with! She is experienced, attentive, proactive, and a good communicator. She gave plenty of updates, helped out with baby related tasks while baby slept and follows parental preferences. Although we’ve only worked with her once, I feel that she is reliable and would hire her again! 

Ashley has been a great riding instructor for my daughter. She teaches horseback riding on weekends—my daughter is one of her students—and also works as a babysitter during the week. She is able to take on different roles and does a solid job in both.

When it comes to riding, she is patient, experienced, and connects well with kids. My daughter truly enjoys her time with Ashley during lessons and always looks forward to riding, which means a lot to me as a mom.

In her babysitting work, she is flexible and willing to listen to parents’ input. She makes an effort to adjust her approach based on each child’s personality and the family’s preferences, which I appreciate.

Overall, Ashley is hardworking, adaptable, and committed in what she does. We’ve had a positive experience, especially with her riding lessons.

Ashlee did great with our 2yo son. She took him on a walk to the corral so he could meet the horses. She was very engaged with him and he took to her right away!

We’ve hired Ashlee a few times so far to watch our son as well as watch our friends child when they were visiting and she was fantastic! She communicates clearly, gives updates and likes to keep us in the loop while we are out with updates and photos of the fun they are having. She amazingly gets our little guy to bed early (which never happens) and follows his routine and cleans up the toy toom which a huge help. We will continue to use her and highly recommend. 

Ashlee had committed to babysitting my two grandchildren for two evenings (the evening before my daughter's wedding and the evening of my daughter's wedding) while we were in Las Vegas.  Two weeks before the wedding I reached out to her to inquire if she could arrive 30 minutes earlier on the evening of the wedding.  She then responded that she could not babysit that evening.  Ten minutes later she responded that she also could not babysit the evening before the wedding.  This was a huge deal for me as I was juggling numerous things for the out of state wedding.  I would have appreciated Ashlee standing by her comitment to me and as a minimum, informing me of her unavailability immediately - not when I reached out to her two weeks before.  I considered this very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Ashlee is very responsive and flexible.  This is a huge help with managing our daughter's school/activities, and her grandfather's dr. appointments.

Ashlee has been an incredible addition to our family. She is dependable, kind, and truly wonderful with kids. She helps with everything from driving the kids to their activities, assisting with homework, organizing the house, and preparing meals.

What really stands out about Ashlee is her positive attitude and the care she brings into our home every day. She is proactive, trustworthy, and always willing to step in wherever help is needed. Our kids adore her, and she has made a meaningful difference in keeping our household running smoothly.

I highly recommend Ashlee to any family looking for a reliable, caring, and all-around amazing nanny and household helper. She is truly a wonderful person and a great addition to any home.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Ashlee!
We hired Ashlee to care for our 6-week-old baby girl, and I can’t say enough good things about her. As a new mom, I’ve struggled with a lot of anxiety about leaving my baby with anyone—but with Ashlee, it was completely different. She was calm, confident, gentle, and so loving with our little one. 

From the moment she walked in, I felt at ease. She handled everything with care, and genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with our baby. It was the first time I’ve been able to step away without constant worry, and that peace of mind is priceless. Not to mention she sent me pictures the entire time. 

We are so thankful we found her and will be using her for the foreseeable future. She’s truly amazing and I would highly recommend her to any family. 

Ashlee took care of my baby who is one month old. She clearly has a lot of experience caring for babies and my baby was very comfortable with her.  She also did well carefully doing things the way I requested and tried to help in others ways while the baby was napping. She is also great at sending pictures to provide updates. 

Ashlee came to watch our 4 kids (ages 4,3,3 and 8 weeks) and right away I knew she could handle the chaos that comes with 4 such young kids. We spoke ahead of time and she asked lots of questions showing how engaged she was in the opportunity and how well she understood kids which made my husband and I feel comfortable right away. Then when she arrived she was full of energy but also had a natural calmness about her that led us to believe she would not get rattled if things got a little crazy. Throughout the day she sent us updates on how things were going and sent lots of pics of the kids. She made sure they all ate nutritious food, kept screen time at a minimum, and lots of running around to tire the kids out. We even joked that she had made more progress with the twins potty training in one day than we have been able to in the last month. We would absolutely hire Ashlee again. She was responsive, engaged, and demonstrated an inherent quality that comes with someone who truly enjoys being around kids. 

Ashley has been helping us during the day with our newborn. She brings a lot of experience and a great energy, helping with everything from feeding, calming, burping, to baths and tummy time. 

We feel confident that our little boy is in good hands when we’re not around .
