About Ash

I love working with children of all ages, and have extensive experience working with newborns and toddlers. I am fascinated by watching children learn and acquire new skills, explore the world around them, and engage in their imaginations. I am a HUGE believer in reading together as much as possible, and I even have my own library with over 300 children's books! I have worked with multiples, children with ASD/SPL, micro-premies, GI-tubes, oxygen/pulse oximeters, corrective lenses, delays, and children with mental illness and/or behavioral disorders. I strive to incorporate developmentally appropriate activities into each day (ie: arts/crafts, nature walks, sensory play, etc), and practice a positive parenting approach to discipline. I have reliable transportation, am open to overnights, and love to travel. I require a full-time position, but I am open to a guaranteed weekly income (TBD), where hours may not be consistent. I prefer one family only.
