About Ashaureah

Hi! I'm Shay, an experienced and dependable childcare professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience caring for children. I have 3+ years of experience working with children and young adults with autism, ages 7-20, as well as 2 years as a substitute teacher for grades 1-4 and experience as an elementary school after-school program coordinator. I'm comfortable caring for children of different ages, supporting routines, assisting with homework and activities, preparing meals, and creating a safe, fun, and structured environment. I'm patient, attentive, and passionate about helping children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I also have caregiving experience with older adults and individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, feeding, and medication reminders. I'd love the opportunity to support your family!
