I hired Ashai to tend to my 2 1/2 autistic son until he turned the age of four years old. Ashai was really dependable and flexible during her time with me. Her knowledge of childcare was outstanding due to her taking prior classes dealing with kids in high-school and having an autistic sibling herself. And because of this my son was able to have play dates with her brother. She was great at taking my son to many activities such as indoor playgrounds, the pool, the park, and etc.
