We interviewed Ary for a nannying position and she was punctual, communicated promptly, and was extremely comfortable interacting with my 3 month old baby. She held and played with my baby naturally and she even successfully laid my baby to sleep while she was at our home for the interview. Ultimately we decided to choose another candidate because I have an extremely affectionate cat that likes to climb all over visitors which would have bothered Ary's allergies and I didn't want her to be uncomfortable or have to take medication daily. If I didn't have such an unusually affectionate cat I would have been very happy to have Ary watch my baby regularly.
