Hi! I'm Arnita, an experienced childcare professional with 10+ years of working with children. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, structured, and fun environment where children can learn and thrive. I hold an Associate Degree in Allied Science, have a childcare education background, and am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree, which I expect to complete next year. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. Throughout my career, I've cared for children of various ages and developmental stages and enjoy incorporating age-appropriate learning, creative activities, developmental play, and routines into their day. I'm dependable, patient, attentive, and value open communication with parents while respecting each family's routines and parenting preferences.
