About Arleth

Hi, my name is Arleth! I hold a degree in psychology and am currently working toward my Master's in School Counseling. I'm passionate about supporting children and families, and I'm looking to work with a family on a consistent basis. Background & Experience: • Registered Behavior Technician for nearly two years, providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 3-7 with autism. • Preschool teacher assistant for over a year, working with children ages 1-5. • Babysitting experience for family friends, including light meal prep and light housekeeping. (I am open to do errands!) • Experienced with diaper changes, feeding, potty training, comforting infants/toddlers, creating engaging activities, and maintaining daily routines. These roles have given me hands-on experience in child development, behavior support, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I'm reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with children of all backgrounds and needs.
