Arlene worked for our family for a few weeks. I have complex chronic illness and am more symptomatic in the mornings, so I needed someone to drive my son to school when we found out he had gotten into pre-K from a wait list. Arlene was always punctual, arriving before we needed to leave the house. She has a big heart and would sometimes bring my son a gift like some Munchkins or a Halloween decoration. She was caring towards me and has a lot of compassion. A close friend offered to take my son to school every morning to help me save money, so I had to let Arlene go. It made me unhappy to do so because she has been so kind and reliable. She has cared for others her whole life and speaks lovingly of a woman she cared for over three and a half decades. I felt that Arlene was trustworthy during our first meeting and thereafter. She has a large extended family and understands being family-oriented.
