Arlene was very personable and amenable to a meet & greet prior to the booking to get to know my big boy, A. She was very punctual for both meet & greet and day of the appointment. She went out of her way to sit on the floor, talk with A. and gave him some good love as if he was her own. She spent time with him in the backyard, his pet sitting experience was seamless for him while pop was away. Overall great experience.
