About Arlene

I'm a certified nurse assistant nanny with 4 amazing kids of my own who is CPR certified with a genuine passion for caring for others. Alongside with my healthcare experience, I have over 3 years of childcare experience caring for children of all ages from newborns to school-aged kids. I've cared for multiple children at once and understand how important it is to create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children. I'm very dependable and enjoy keeping kids engaged through play, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate learning. I understand how important it is to build trust with both children and parents, therefore my goal is to create a fun, nurturing and reliable environment where each child can feel supported and cared for. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, laundry and light cleaning. My CNA experience has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize safety, and provide compassionate care.
