OUTGOING, funny, intelligent children bring me happiness and I want to bring them that same joy. something about kids have a special spark during their early stages that are super fragile to me and want the absolute best for them as they're growing! leadership, communication, teamwork, organization, duties. I love instructions of what to do to make the job easier although I do love going outside guidelines if its for a good sake and doesn't ruin the outcome!!
