We hired Ari for an ongoing job. The first week she did a great job. Then the second and third week was not so great. She did not follow the schedule set out for the kids. She would not follow the rules or instructions left for her even after several gentle reminders. She then gave 24 hours notice to quitting leaving us in a major bind. I would not hire her again.
