Hi! I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with several years of hands-on experience in elementary education as a paraprofessional. I have extensive experience working with children with autism and other special needs, helping them build communication skills, confidence, emotional regulation, and positive daily routines. I'm known for my patience, empathy, and ability to truly connect with kids who need extra support and understanding. I create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment where children feel safe, respected, and able to thrive. I'm experienced with behavior support, structured activities, and meeting each child's unique developmental and social needs. I'm also a former University of Michigan athlete, which shaped my strong work ethic, reliability, and positive energy. I'm dependable, organized, and have my own transportation, so I'm happy to help with school pickups, activities, and keeping consistent routines for your family.
