About Ariel

I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science-wellness; physical, occupational and speech therapy technician training as a rehab technician for many years as well as nursing assistant training in a rehab hospital in Kentucky where I am from! I was a Pharmacy Technician for over 7 years, so my medication management skills are sharp:) I am honored to be able to offer the mix of my tremendous giftings into being the best caregiver for my clients, which includes companion care (laughter is also medicine, plus I just got a life coaching certificate &help in happiness motivating), Cleaning (I'm an experienced professional housekeeper), cooking (I'm known as 'the healthy chef' and can help optimize health thru nutrition), and helping patients stay active (experience as a therapy technician plus my bachelor's degree). My nursing assistant experience includes caring for patients with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/ dementia, stroke recovery, hygiene/bath/transfer needs including paraplegic care.
