We hired Ariel as a house and cat sitter for about a month when we traveled abroad. She took care of cleaning, mail retrieval, plant watering, and our cat, who enjoyed her presence immensely (petting, brushing, and spending some quality time together). Ariel was kind enough to send us regular updates and pictures and videos of our cat - who was very happy! She came twice a day for about 4 hours each day. She went over and above and even helped out with a washer/drier repair. For the first time, we saw our cat thrive even when we were not around - so we will certainly hire her next time when we need a pet/house sitter.
