Ariel babysat for a moms group that I ran with handling up to 3-4 kids ages 9 months to 3 years old. (If we had more than 3-4 kids we had a second sitter.) The kids all loved her and were always excited to come join the group. She handled those with separation anxiety well. I would hire her back anytime.
