Hello! My name is Arielle! I graduated from UW Madison in 2018 with a degree in communications. I spent all of undergrad working at an after school program with kids varying in ages from 5-11. After undergrad I became a full time nanny for a toddler who I worked with for almost 2 years. I am a fun loving, people person! I was always called a "social butterfly" when I was growing up. I just enjoy having fun but also appreciate structure in my day. Working with kids for about 7 years, I have learned many different approaches to childcare and behavioral management. I am always open to learning more and hearing feedback from parents. One of the best things I learned from working in childcare is my ability to communicate with both the children and the parents in various situation. Additionally I have gotten really good at activity planning! I can't wait to implement these things and start learning more.
