To Working as a Nanny for a family of 3 one with Special Needs for 3 years. To My current postion as a Special Needs Teachers Aide in a Highschool. I love children and seeing them express themselves in the own individual strengths. I love seeing them learn and discover new things and exsploring the world around them. Arielle was prompt, professional, kind and respectful. I especially liked how she knew when my various children needed some space to themselves and didn't push them to interact if they needed quiet time, but made sure they knew she was there when they were ready to play again. It was a refreshing take for an outside sitter to respect their personalities and avoid meltdowns while still reinforcing boundaries. Thank you for helping us!
