We’ve been working with Ariel since the beginning of the year and she watches our two kids, 3y and 1y, about 2 times per month. She has been great with the kids! Ariel communicates well with us while we’re out and sends us updates/issues/pictures to keep us in the loop and ease our anxiety. She has a positive and respectful attitude not only towards us but with the kids as well. What stands out the most to us is how sweet she is with them and how attentive and engaged she is with them too! She accommodates our parenting style and always asks questions when it comes to rewarding and disciplining. Our family would highly recommend Ariel!
