I'm a career nanny and have worked with a number of families throughout the past 7 years or so, many of which were placements through Excel Care. I have two little boys of my own and tend to take a gentle parenting approach as I would with my own children which helps form natural bonds. I'd like to find a family who's flexible with a potential start date as early as next week! I have experience with multiples, caring for twins, breastfeeding/EBF, potty training, sleep training, and working with children that have sensitivities to food/environment allergies to name just a few. I encourage imaginative play which limits screen use as well as ample outdoor recreation since we live in such a beautiful diverse area.

She is extremely organized and is great to talk to. But when it comes down to showing up for the job, she is a "No call, no show." I would not recommend hiring her for weddings or things that cannot be rescheduled.
