I have been taking care newborns and babies. I love and I do understand them. I have the sensitive to realize the needs of the babies so because of that I'm able to create a caring and loving relationship with them. According to the customs of each family, I try to perform my job with love seeking the balance between leisure and responsibility of each child.

Ariane is a wonderful caregiver. Our little newborn was not one of the easiest. Ariane was very loving and caring and even handled more difficult situations very calm. She focused on our baby's needs. Ariane is also very organized and a very clean person, which i love about her. We can highly recommend Ariane.

We hired for Ariane for five hours a day for two weeks. Ariane cared and treated our newborn daughter as if she was her own granddaughter. At the time we were transitioning her to the bottle and Ariane was very patient in helping us transition her and also encouraged our daughter to use a pacifier vs. sucking her thumb per our request. She understands babies very well and took very good care of our daughter. She has been a huge help and I would recommend her if you are looking for some additional help with your little ones.

Ariane cared for my twin girls when they were very young, 2 to 5 months old, and was an important part of helping my girls become the happy babies that they are. She was a loving, patient, and compassionate caregiver. She was so present and attentive to them, noticing every detail, even the differences between my identical twins. She talked and laughed with them every day, clearly taking pleasure in her work. Taking care of infant twins is harder than I had expected. Although the twins were difficult to feed and to nap, Ariane remained calm and caring. The girls clearly enjoyed being with her. Besides caring for the girls, Ariane helped with organizing their room and household tasks such as laundry and dishes. She always arrived on time with a warm smile. She wanted to support our whole family in whatever ways she could. When my husband was working late or out of town, Ariane extended her hours. We communicated easily and clearly. She shared her observations about the girls and we talked through how best to care for them. While Ariane has her own ideas about what to do for the babies, she is respectful of the parents  routines and preferences. When I left the house, I always had the piece of mind that my babies were being not just cared for, but also loved.

Ariane is amazing. She is patient and organized. She is loving and caring. Every time she walks in my door my children run up and give her a hug. She spends the time to read with them, play with them and take them out to the park. She always comes to work on time and has a cheerful attitude. We love having Ariane work with our family. We completely trust her and feel as though she is a part of the family.

Ariane has been a blessing to our family. She is helpful, kind & caring. When she first started working with us I was in my early stages of pregnancy and really sick with nausea. Not only did she help with my kids but she cared about me as well...making sure I was eating and helping me out a lot around the house. Those first months I will never forget! When she went on vacation my oldest child kept asking when she would come back, and when she returned, both of my children were so excited to see her - it was like she never left! I think that says volumes about the kind of person she is. We had a tough time transitioning my younger one in the beginning, but she was always patient and caring and now he loves when she comes over. Ariane is great at entertaining my kids, reading to them, playing with them and making sure they get enough water to drink and food to eat. She has made my life so much easier and I am so, so glad that she works with our family.

Ariane is an extraordinary woman. As a parent, you are doing something wonderful for your child, if you can arrange for her to care of him/her. She is far and away unlike any other caretaker, I've ever interviewed or seen or heard about. For several reasons:
*Loving. Ariane has a great heart. She is sincere in her care, is fully present with the child in a way I've only seen mothers be present with their children.
*Responsible. Ariane always comes a little early, comes prepared, comes calm, open and wonderful. She leaves everything always in good order. Absolutely trustworthy, I could tell her whatever was going on that day/week with the child, with schedule and she would easily understand and manage the day perfectly.
*Creative. She sings, plays clever little games, makes a warm and playful space for the child; she was able to get my son to sleep longer naps than I was ever able to manage. 
*Experienced. Ariane has two beautiful grown children of her own with whom she has close close relationships. 
*I cannot say enough about how extraordinary she is. The only reason she is no longer caring for my children is because I no longer live in the south bay. Losing her as a caretaker actually made moving a very difficult choice.
