About Ariane

Ariane (Ari) was our son’s nanny from ages 1 to 4, and we cannot recommend her highly enough (we are only parting ways because he is starting full-time preschool). Ari is an exceptional caregiver who balances genuine warmth with clear, consistent boundaries. She was instrumental in helping our son develop independence—from self-care routines like dressing and brushing teeth to completely seamless potty training—as well as early milestones in reading and math. She is also fantastic at community building, constantly organizing playdates and finding engaging local activities to keep him active and socialized. As employers, we valued her reliability, clear communication, and complete honesty. She navigates feedback professionally and collaborated seamlessly with our parenting style. We trusted her implicitly, and any family would be exceptionally lucky to have her!
