About Ariana

Nanny/Health Coach My name is Ariana and I am experienced with toddlers, infants, young children, and animals. I have both Associate's and Bachelor's Degrees of Science in Public Health, I am a certified Reiki Master, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I utilize my professional background with my nannying approach through developing sustainable optimal daily routines, emotional regulation, healthy meal habits, sleep hygiene, stress management, mindful movement, and hone the focus in on activities that support the developmental milestones for their age group. I also love getting outdoors and going on nature walks! I just moved to the Unionville/Farmington, CT area, and will no longer be able to work with my current family in Cornwall. Here I nannied a 7 mo. girl up until her current age of 3. 5 years old. I am well-versed with the Montessori learning philosophy.
