Ariana never even showed up to the scheduled first day of employment as she was ill (no problem) Then I didn't hear from her for 10 days and then she didn't show up to the 2nd scheduled first day. She then notifies us after not showing up for the 2nd scheduled first day of employment 1/10. When I expressed my displeasure of the fact that now I have to start all over looking for someone she blamed it on me stating perhaps I was the problem for not being able to procure a nanny that will show up for work on the scheduled date.
