Aria was an outstanding caretaker to our 8 month old girl. She accepted the job the day before and arrived well on time, and was very respectful to our parenting requests and needs as we worked from home in another room. Our baby warmed up to her immediately and even during a fussy period, Aria soothed and comforted her within minutes (helpful she has experience with her own two daughters and preschool daycare). After the full day with us and our baby, she made such a favorable impression, that we've already booked her for more days, and are seriously considering hiring her full-time.
