I am a mother of 3 after years as a single mum. For 8years I have worked as a professional childcare provider who takes on a much deeper, more structured role in a child's daily development and the family's life. My task is to ensure consistent nap times, bottle feedings, and bedtime routines. Handling diapers, potty training support, bathing, dressing the children and keeping the children's bedrooms, play areas, and toy bins organized. I organize activities that build motor skills, language, and social skills (e. g., sensory bins for toddlers, reading to infants). Doing the children's laundry and putting it away. Keeping parents updated on what the kids ate, when they slept, milestones reached, or any behavioral issues. Mirroring the parents' parenting style, discipline philosophy (like positive reinforcement), and household rules so the children have structure. I have a reputation for time management, trustworthiness and safety skills.
