We found Arden on care.com, and she was employed by our family for four months. She was always punctual and dependable, and we really appreciated how open she kept the lines of communication. Our 1 and 3 year old girls thoroughly enjoyed playing with her. She was engaging with them, enjoys crafting, and was able to uphold boundaries that we had set; she was truly an extension of our parenting while we were away.
