About Aranza

Hi! My name is Aranza, and I'm an experienced RBT and childcare provider with a background in supporting children with diverse developmental needs. I have several years of hands-on experience working with children, including those with developmental differences, and I'm familiar with assent based ABA-informed approaches that support communication, emotional regulation, and skill-building. I bring a calm, patient, and attentive presence to caregiving. I love creating engaging routines that balance play, learning, and structure, while making sure children feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach focuses on meeting each child where they are developmentally and helping them grow with encouragement and consistency. I'm also comfortable supporting families who are looking for someone experienced with sensory needs, behavioral support, and individualized care.
