I'm not one to write a bad review however I had booked Kelsey for a dog walking service about 2 weeks before we were supposed leave for a vacation. I reached out to her to have her come over before we left so I could go over where everything was and she never responded. I reached out 3 times and never hear back from her. This left us in a pinch to find someone to take care of our dog. She seemed super sweet but totally ghosted us.
